About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Your expertise in security-focused projects, procurement processes, and Agile methodologies will be instrumental in delivering success.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee project teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and manage deliverables, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
✔ Manage vendor relationships, including requirements gathering, contract management, onboarding, and SLA adherence.
✔ Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and C-level executives.
✔ Identify, monitor, and escalate project issues and risks while maintaining comprehensive issue logs and risk registers.
✔ Facilitate team meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on decisions and project objectives.
✔ Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business needs and expectations.
✔ Oversee the ongoing upgrade of Identity Management Systems for the client.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience Managing Large IAM Projects (50%)
✅ 10+ years of technology project management experience, including 5+ years managing large procurements.
✅ Hands-on experience with PKI, HSM, SSL certificates, and other IAM security components.
✅ Proven track record of delivering multi-year contracts valued at over $2M.
2. Resource & Agile Project Management
✅ Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
✅ Ability to manage a portfolio of IAM procurement projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and deliverables.
3. Vendor Management & Reporting
✅ Strong experience working with external vendors, managing government procurement processes, and negotiating contracts.
✅ Ability to report progress, milestones, risks, and issues to steering committees and senior management.
✅ Skilled in preparing technical documentation, including strategy documents, options analyses, and formal status reports.

Knowledge Transfer Responsibilities:

📌 Develop operational artifacts for supporting new agreements with vendors.
