Hiring: Product Owner (AI Agents) | Brampton, ON

If you’re passionate about building AI-driven voice and contact center solutions, this role is for you. You’ll lead the strategy, design, and delivery of next-generation conversational AI experiences using Google GECX, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intelligent customer journeys.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ Years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments
✔️ Experience with AI, Conversational AI, IVR/IVA, or Contact Center technologies
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, NLP/NLU, prompt engineering, and AI-powered customer experiences
✔️ A data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
