Product Manager

I’m hiring for a Product Manager, Growth to join my team at Fleetio.

This role is for someone excited by product-led growth in a thoughtful, customer-centric way. I’m looking for a PM who knows how to use product, data, experimentation, and cross-functional partnership to help customers realize value faster and help the business grow.

A few signals I care about:
– Experience in growth, especially product-led growth
– Strong product judgment and comfort using both quantitative and qualitative inputs
– Ability to own execution, with strong interest in or experience shaping strategy
– Comfort working directly with data, funnels, and experiments
– A high bar for craft and customer experience. I care deeply about growth that improves the product and customer experience, not growth that degrades it
– Fluency with AI, either through building AI-powered experiences or using AI meaningfully in day-to-day product work

I’m especially excited by candidates who have worked in design- and data-forward, product-led environments and know how to drive growth without compromising the customer experience.
