About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and play a key role in gathering business requirements, QA testing, and supporting product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather and vet business requirements and conduct QA testing.
✅ Manage and resolve user stories in JIRA related to prioritized work.
✅ Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
✅ Monitor development to ensure adherence to standards and maintainability.
✅ Investigate, analyze, and respond to incidents and enhancement requests.
✅ Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop solutions.
✅ Ensure the high quality of development before product increment releases.

Must-Have Qualifications ✅
✔ 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst role.
✔ Experience in gathering business requirements and QA testing.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce (or equivalent experience).
✔ Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
✔ Confident communicator and team player who can manage multiple priorities.
✔ Ability to work in an Agile environment and drive process improvements.
✔ Passion for building great products with an eye for detail.

Nice-to-Have
☑️ Experience with JIRA for managing product backlogs and user stories.
