Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Manager-Segments & Growth/Retail Banking. This position involves overseeing the resolution of inquiries related to campaigns and special offers from branches and customer contact centres, as well as executing operational tasks to support customer growth and retention initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with various business units to ensure seamless complaint resolution, maintain operational reporting, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Pay rate range (CAD): $43.48/hr – $52.17/hr

Responsibilities

Resolve branch and Virtual Connect inquiries and escalations related to customer campaigns and offers
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and update monthly metrics and management reports
Ensure process documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Propose and implement workflow improvements to optimize efficiency and customer service
Collaborate with Branch network, Virtual Connect, Operations, Customer Segment, and Product Managers for seamless operations
Support the development of management reports and operational materials
Desired Skill-Set

5+ years retail banking experience in Product, Operations, Process Management, Branch Banking, or Customer Service
Strong understanding of retail banking products and business processes
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proactive risk awareness and control mindset, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
Proficient in MS Office tools
