We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Analyst to step into a high-impact role supporting critical ERP operations and driving real business transformation.
This is a fast-moving opportunity to join a team where your work directly improves how Finance, Projects, and Operations run day-to-day.
🔹 What you’ll do
Bridge the gap between business teams and IT
Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, AP, AR, GL, Project Ops)
Gather requirements and translate them into real system solutions
Lead UAT, testing, and ERP enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and improve end-to-end business processes
Drive continuous improvement across a modern ERP landscape
🔹 What we’re looking for
6–8+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
Strong experience in ERP functional roles (not development)
Solid finance ERP knowledge (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)
Hands-on experience with configurations, workflows, and security
Strong background in requirements gathering & process improvement
Experience supporting UAT and production ERP environments
