Job Description
Junior Scrum Master for a Major Fortune500 Retailer in North America!
(*Part-time – 20 hours per week/ 4 hours per day, 2 days per week to office, Toronto, ON)
Looking for:
– Previous Experience: While previous Scrum Master experience is not mandatory, any experience working in agile environments or with Scrum practices is a plus.
– Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
– Education: Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master certification) or training in agile methodologies will be considered an asset.
– Personality Traits: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the Scrum Master role.
