Job Description
We have a 6-month contract opportunity for an ITSM Consultant to support our client in enhancing IT service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, with a focus on Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days remote and two days onsite (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at Hadwen Road in Mississauga, ON.
You will work with a team that has established operational processes and standards, providing structured analysis and implementing ITSM best practices.
Key responsibilities include assessing current IT processes and systems, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, designing and implementing ITSM solutions aligned with organizational objectives, and advising stakeholders on ITSM methodologies and tools. You will also monitor performance metrics, report on outcomes, and communicate findings and recommendations. SharePoint is the primary tool used.
