We’re looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to join a dedicated Fraud & Loss Prevention team protecting North American telecom portfolios from evolving fraud threats.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in fraud operations, risk management, or corporate security

• Telecom/wireless fraud experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of SIM swaps, port-out fraud, identity theft, subscription fraud, and credit muling

• Professional proficiency in English + Spanish OR English + French preferred

• Experience with SQL, Tableau/Looker, Actimize, ThreatMetrix, or similar tools is a strong asset

• Ability to work securely from home using VPN, MFA/2FA, and a clean workspace

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real-time and near-real-time account verification and fraud investigations

• Review customer interactions for social engineering, compliance violations, and security risks

• Manage account restrictions and security updates across multiple systems

• Investigate high-risk profiles and identify fraud patterns and potential fraud rings

• Respond to urgent fraud escalations and emerging threat activity

• Maintain strict PII, data security, and audit-trail requirements

• Stay current on emerging telecom fraud trends and security tools

 

Language Coverage

Blended queue supporting approximately 80% English / 10% French / 10% Spanish.
