Material Master Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Monitor standing DQTs; Partner with Enterprise team to create new DQTs and prevent reoccurrence.
Monitor & deliver governance, compliance, audit readiness, and SLA performance activities.
Serve as the Data Governance Lead for assigned processes, providing guidance to Canada Commercial & warehouse teams on prioritization, change management, escalations, and compliance requirements.
Utilize Qlik dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reporting to support performance management and decision-making.
Own and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, governance documentation, and training materials.
Lead operational and governance meetings with stakeholders, data owners, and third-party partners.
Support audits, compliance reviews, product launches, and business transformation initiatives.
Ensure effective issue management through root cause analysis, NC/CAPA management, and corrective action implementation.

Highly Desired Skillsets

End to End Material Management Insight to translate data into operational processes.
Strong detail-oriented, Data Quality mindset with experience in Material Management.
Experience of audit-ready documentation and effective compliance controls, preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Material Master and SAP.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Master Data Management operations and governance.
ERP/MDM experience (SAP MM/MDG, S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar).
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, workflow tools, and ticketing systems.
Experience operating in regulated environments (SOX, GMP, FDA, EMA, ISO).
Strong analytical, reporting, and automation skills (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Query, etc.).
