We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Intermediate to join a major public sector transit project.

Must Have Skills & Experience:
✅ 5-7 years of Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership experience
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
✅ Experience working within a Transit Agency environment is essential
✅ Public Sector project experience with understanding of stakeholder landscapes, procurement processes, and regulatory environments
✅ Strong knowledge of Bus Operations, including:
Dispatch
Scheduling
Fleet Management
Maintenance Systems
Real-time Information Systems

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
✔ Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management techniques
✔ Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:
⭐ CBAP / CSPO certifications
⭐ Data analysis and reporting experience
⭐ Knowledge of UX/UI principles
⭐ Familiarity with accessibility standards and requirements
