Title: Business Analyst – Intermediate
Duration: 6 months
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – Wednesday, along with one Friday per month)

Job Description:
Project: Intraday Liquidity Management
Looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with strong documentation skills to help create process and procedure documentation as part of implementation of a new liquidity management technology solution. Solution has already been implemented, and this role will help business create related reference process and procedure documentation.

Must Have Requirement:
Must have strong documentation skills (creating workflows in #Visio or #powerpoint, writing procedure documents based on enterprise standards, etc.)
Must have strong written communication skills
Preferred to have experience in #Treasury or #Finance functions as project is related to Intraday Liquidity Management and it would be useful if someone is aware of (or have high level knowledge) related terminologies as that would be useful in creating processes and procedures
Must have minimum 5–7-year experience working with similar size banks
Experience with top 5 banks
Minimum bachelor’s degree for education

Nice to Have:
Change management experience
