✅ Service Design Playbook expertise
✅ Digital Service Standard knowledge
✅ Ontario Design System (ODS)
✅ User Research (Interviews, Empathy Mapping, Card Sorting)
✅ Business Process Re-engineering & Lean Methodologies
✅ Healthcare Systems (EMR, HIS, OHRS)
✅ Stakeholder Management & Executive Communications
✅ Miro and MS Office proficiency
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within Ontario healthcare and Long-Term Care environments.
