Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Operations Officer – CSC. In this position, you will manage retirement accounts, ensure compliance with CRA guidelines, and process withdrawals while collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $23.64/hr

Responsibilities

Manage Registered Retirement Plan requests received through Salesforce, ensuring adherence to CRA regulations
Process withdrawals related to retirement funds accurately and efficiently
Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and tax guidelines
Collaborate with internal partners to provide timely resolutions and support
Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all account activities
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Support training periods and adapt to operational procedures during onboarding
Desired Skill-Set

2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) for 4+ years
Strong compliance background with knowledge of CRA and RRSP processes
Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Effective team player with good communication abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
Nice to Have

Prior experience processing RRSP funds and withdrawals
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
Knowledge of CRA and RRSP/RESP systems
