Senior Product Manager

TTP is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of strategic digital products and services. **Location:** Downtown Toronto (5 days/week onsite) **Contract:** 12 months (renewable) **Rate: $100-110/hr **Important – Must Have** Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in: – Product strategy, roadmap development, and full lifecycle delivery – Large-scale, multi-phase initiatives in regulated/public sector environments – Stakeholder management across business and technical teams – Agile delivery (Jira, Azure DevOps, Kanban, etc.) – Producing governance artifacts (PIA, TRA, business cases, user stories) – Managing scope, budget, risks, and dependencies in complex programs **Role Overview** Own product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of complex digital initiatives while managing priorities, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** – Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap – Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements – Lead delivery, release planning, and feature execution – Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies – Coordinate cross-functional teams – Develop user stories, business cases, PIAs, TRAs, and governance documentation – Mentor junior team members **Requirements** – Strong Product Management experience (end-to-end lifecycle) – Proven delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives – Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills – Experience with Azure cloud and ITIL processes – Ontario Public Sector experience is an asset.
