Position: Lead BA (Insurance Platform Migration)
Client: Enterprise Bank
Type: 6 month contract + extensions
Rate: 75-84/hr incorporated
Location: 2 days hybrid downtown Toronto

Hybrid Required Skills & Experience
– 5-7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
– Deep knowledge of Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance, and overall Insurance domain experience.
– Hands-on experience with the Sapiens insurance platform, ideally during an implementation or migration from legacy SaaS platform.
– Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis skills.
– Excellent communication, proactive approach and a problem solver.
– Experience working in Agile environments and managing and building relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– CBAP, PMI-PBA, FLMI, or similar certification in Business Analysis or Insurance foundations
– Experience with underwriting, annuities, or insurance administration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
– Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
– Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
– Support process improvement initiatives and Agile delivery.
– Create BA artifacts, test cases, and support UAT activities.
