Our Toronto-based client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) for a 12-month contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week on site).

Must haves:

10+ years of experience in IT projects business analysis
10+ years of experience with IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience leading requirements gathering activities on medium-to-large projects
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in business process engineering
Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analysis
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
