📍 Hybrid (3 days in office) – Toronto or Winnipeg
⏰ 6-months contract (high possibility to extend)
💰 $90/hr (INC) – MAX

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Manager, Analyst) leads high-impact analysis across complex financial products, platforms, and AI-enabled solution designs. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and enterprise stakeholders to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable technical scope. You will establish delivery governance standards, manage critical dependencies, and ensure high-performance execution across cross-functional pods.

Required Qualifications:
-Business Systems Analysis: 6-10 years of experience delivering complex systems analysis, data flows, and technical solutions across multi-stream portfolios.
-Agile Delivery Leadership: Advanced experience establishing analysis standards, story quality, and acceptance criteria while aligning cross-functional pod dependencies.
-Stakeholder & Governance Alignment: Proven ability to collaborate with business, engineering, security, and risk teams to manage scope, trade-offs, and compliance guardrails.
-AI & Advanced Solutions: Hands-on experience providing guidance on AI-enabled solution designs, model inputs/outputs, and operationalization considerations.
-Salesforce Ecosystem: Practical experience working within Salesforce environments, specifically Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Marketing Cloud.
-Operations & Reliability: Demonstrated skill in operational documentation, runbook creation, and managing application/data triage and incident response paths.
