Business Analyst – Counterparty Credit

Hiring: Business Analyst – Counterparty Credit | Toronto, ON
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5–6 years of experience in banking/financial services or consulting, with strong exposure to Counterparty Credit, data mapping, regulatory reporting, and SDLC.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON
🏢 Work Model: 4 days onsite

🔹 Key Requirements:
• Counterparty Credit / Credit Risk experience
• Understanding of Counterparty Credit Exposure Measurement
• Experience with LEF (Large Exposure Framework) and SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limit)
• Exposure to Lending, Facility, Security, Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), Derivatives, Guarantees, and LC Fronting
• Strong experience in data gap analysis and mapping logic
• Requirement gathering, BRD/requirement documentation and liaising with IT/QA teams
• Experience coordinating UAT, testing, implementation & migration
• Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile
• Strong SQL skills – Hive, MS SQL Server, Teradata, Hue, Dremio, etc.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and Access
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
