Key Skills:
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong hands-on FTM experience
• Banking transaction processing & payment flows
• Requirements gathering & functional analysis
• SIT, UAT, Test Planning & Defect Management
• Data Mapping, Interfaces & System Integrations
• Production Support & Release Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication

Nice to Have:
• Canadian banking experience
• SWIFT / ISO 20022 / Payments / Clearing / Settlement
• Agile/Scrum, Jira & Confluence
• SQL / Data Analysis
