Job Title: Salesforce FSC Lead/Architect

Key Requirements
10–12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)with end-to-end implementation experience. Relevant to FSC-based banking and wealth management engagements.
Proven Wealth Management / Private Banking / Financial Advisory domain experience.
Experience leading large Salesforce transformation programs and managing distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business, technology, vendors, and senior leadership.
Hands-on experience gathering, refining, and finalizing business requirements with business users.
Experience managing integrations between Salesforce FSC and external systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications. FSC integrations are commonly part of solution delivery responsibilities.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Ability to challenge requirements and provide appropriate pushback when needed to ensure scope, quality, and delivery objectives are maintained.
Strong experience in project planning, estimation, budgeting, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience reporting project status, risks, and financials to senior management and executives.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (FSC, Application Architect, Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales/Service Cloud certifications) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce FSC initiatives within the Wealth Management domain.
Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and finalize requirements.
Own solution planning, estimation, execution, and successful delivery.
Manage multiple stakeholders across business, operations, architecture, and technology teams.
Drive integration strategy and coordination with downstream/upstream systems.
Lead delivery teams, provide direction, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Provide regular executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and steering committee presentations.
Ensure scope control, quality assurance, and successful project outcomes.
