We are looking for a Senior Specialized IT Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies and Case Management solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
✅ 8+ years of experience in technical hands-on solutions development and configuration
✅ Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Power Apps & Power App Flows
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Microsoft Azure Services
• Azure Storage & Attachment Management
• Azure Active Directory
• Azure DevOps
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure API Management
• Azure Logic Apps
• Power BI
✅ Experience architecting, designing, and implementing cloud-based Case Management Systems using Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, and Power Platform
✅ Experience with Azure Storage integration for Attachment Management with Dynamics 365
✅ Experience designing:
• User Access & Profile Management
• Role-Based Data Access Control
• Authentication & Authorization Integration
• Document Management Solutions
✅ Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps / Function Apps
✅ Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
✅ Knowledge of OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) compliance guidelines
✅ Experience integrating third-party/OPS IAM providers, security, authentication, and encryption services
