🚀 We’re hiring an IT Specialist II at Relay 🚀

If you love solving problems, owning your queue, and making tech support feel genuinely easy for the people around you, this one’s for you.

What you’d be doing:
🛠 Day-to-day support across hardware, identity, access, and workplace tech.
🔐  Admin work in Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Notion.
⚡️ Automating the repetitive stuff and leading small IT projects as we scale.

You’d be a fit if you have 3–5 years in IT support/ops, strong macOS experience in a managed environment, and comfort with MDM, SSO/MFA, and office networking.

📍Hybrid in downtown Toronto (Tue–Thu on-site)
💰$90,000–$110,000 CAD
