Location: GTA – Hybrid (TBD)
Duration: July 2026 – July 2027
We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Migration Lead to lead the end-to-end data migration for a large-scale Workday Implementation and HR Transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have successfully led multiple Workday data migrations and bring strong hands-on expertise across legacy data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, Workday loading, reconciliation, validation, mock conversions, cutover, and stabilization.
Key Experience:
• End-to-end Workday Data Migration leadership
• Large-scale HR and Payroll data conversions
• Multiple legacy/source systems to Workday migrations
• Workday EIBs, APIs, Web Services and Workday Studio
• Advanced SQL, ETL and data transformation
• Data Mapping, Cleansing, Reconciliation and Validation
• Mock Conversions, Cutover and Final Delta Loads
• Python, PowerShell, XML, JSON, CSV and scripting
• Migration Governance and Stakeholder Management
Strong Assets: SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, SAP HCM/ECC, ADP Payroll, multi-entity/M&A migration, and experience in large or unionized enterprise environments.
