Senior IT Security Specialist (GRC / IT Audit / Remediation Validation)

🚨 Hiring: Senior IT Security Specialist (GRC / IT Audit / Remediation Validation) – Toronto / Mississauga (Hybrid)
I’m hiring for a Senior IT Security Specialist with deep expertise in IT Audit, IT Governance, GRC, and remediation validation within a regulated enterprise environment.
Key requirements:
• 10+ years of IT Audit / IT Governance experience
• Strong experience assessing audit and regulatory remediation plans
• Expertise in information security control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ITIL)
• Remediation QA and validation experience
• Sample-based test plan development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with RSA Archer, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Excel
• CISA certification is mandatory
📍 Location: Toronto or Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
💰 Pay Rate: $92–102/hr INC or $73–83/hr T4
📅 Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
