🚀 #Hiring: Business Analyst (B2B)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office per week – Mondays & Tuesdays)
🔹Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end business analysis including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution validation.
– Analyze complex problems, interpret data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
– Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect triage and resolution.
🔹 Key Skills:
– 7–10+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or capital markets.
– Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
– Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
