Job Title: Change Management Program Lead

Location: Toronto, ON

6-month contract.

Pay Rate: $65 – $72/hr depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Program Lead to help drive the successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into day-to-day business operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead change management and adoption strategies for AI and digital transformation initiatives
Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and user adoption
Partner with business and technology leaders to assess impacts, risks, and change plans
Measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes using data and analytics
Develop executive presentations, communications, and progress updates
Support leadership with communication and reinforcement strategies to drive lasting behavioural change
Capture success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Program Management, Learning & Development, or a related field
Proven experience leading AI, digital, technology, or enterprise transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and organizational readiness experience
Ability to develop adoption strategies that drive measurable behavioural change
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting adoption metrics, dashboards, usage analytics, and stakeholder sentiment
Familiarity with AI tools and modern technology delivery environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can influence across complex organizations

Nice to Have

Prosci or other Change Management certification
Experience supporting AI, data, innovation, or future-of-work initiatives
Financial Services or Insurance industry experience
Executive communications and thought leadership experience
Experience with employee engagement and collaboration platforms
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
