Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bank Main Clerk. This position involves supporting the efficient filing and digitization of documents within a busy branch environment, ensuring accuracy and security while working independently to meet the organization’s needs.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $17.74/hr

Responsibilities

Support document filing and digitization processes in a retail branch setting
Prepare paper documents for scanning and digitization
Operate Ricoh copier/scanner to digitize paper files
Review digital files for accuracy and completeness
Manage and secure physical files at the branch location
Provide regular updates to management via email or phone calls
Follow health and safety protocols, including wearing a face mask in open areas
Adhere to all privacy policies and conduct rules
Remain flexible and support various initiatives as priorities shift
Communicate issues promptly, highlighting potential risks
Desired Skill-Set

Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable operating scanners and photocopiers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Nice to Have

Experience with document filing systems or records management
Prior experience supporting back-office administrative functions
