We are hiring for RQ11201 – Technology Architect – Senior for an exciting opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📍 Location: 777 Bay St., Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
📅 Start Date: September 1, 2026
📅 Duration: 270 Business Days + Possible Extension (259 Business Days)
⏰ Work Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
🔒 Security Clearance: CRJMC

Key Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of Cyber Security & Next-Generation Network Security experience
✅ Enterprise Security Architecture (Cloud, Network, Identity & Security Operations)
✅ SSE/SASE (SWG, CASB, FWaaS, ZTNA)
✅ Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
✅ Cloud Security (Microsoft Azure, AWS & Google Cloud)
✅ AI/ML-driven Cyber Security & Automation
✅ Endpoint Security (EPP, EDR, XDR)
✅ Vulnerability Management & Patch Automation
✅ Hybrid Security Operations (MSSP, MDR & SOC-as-a-Service)
✅ LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls, Switches & Routers
✅ SDN & SD-WAN (Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto)
✅ Executive-Level Stakeholder Management & Strategic Advisory
✅ Cyber Security Roadmaps & Modernization Strategy

Preferred Certifications:
✔ CISSP
✔ CISM
✔ CCSP
✔ CEH
✔ CISA
✔ CRISC

Nice to Have:
✔ Experience with Ontario K–12 School Boards
✔ MITRE ATT&CK, D3FEND & ATLAS Frameworks
✔ UEBA
✔ Penetration Testing & Automated Red Teaming
