Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis through onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent IT positions.
Recruit for technologies
Build pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Google X-Ray, and other sourcing techniques.
Conduct technical and behavioral pre-screen interviews.
Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
Prepare candidates for client interviews.
Work with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
Submit candidates through VMS/MSP portals and monitor submission status.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs.

 

Required Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Canadian and/or US clients.
Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple IT domains.
Experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, and passive sourcing.
Experience with ATS/VMS platforms such as:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
