We’re hiring an experienced Accountant III / Technical Accounting Consultant for a high-visibility contract role supporting complex IFRS accounting advisory work within the financial services industry.
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
📅 12-Month Contract
💰 $29–33/hr INC OR $23–27/hr T4
What we’re looking for:
✔ CPA designated or nearing completion (1 exam remaining considered)
✔ Strong IFRS knowledge and accounting research experience
✔ Technical accounting, accounting policy, or advisory background
✔ Banking / financial institution experience
✔ Ability to prepare technical accounting memos and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
Highly preferred:
🔹 Big 4 experience
🔹 IFRS 9 / IFRS 10 exposure
🔹 Audit or advisory experience within financial services
