Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Business Analyst. The duration of the contract is until October 31, 2026 with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in Scarborough and it’s 3 days/week onsite.

Pay rate – $108/hr Inc. + HST

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst delivering technology transformation initiatives within Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
• 3+ years of experience supporting AI, GenAI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted requirements gathering, process optimization, and business analysis activities.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and transformation roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives involving API integrations, cloud transformation, platform modernization, or technology transformation programs.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Previous FI experience.
• Advanced degree in an AI-related field (Master’s or higher preferred)
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools, GenAI platforms, workflow automation, or intelligent process transformation initiatives.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python
