Senior Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst and would love your help finding someone amazing!

The Demand & Intake Enablement Team is transforming how business demand flows into engineering reality and we need a strategic thinker who can bridge that gap.

What you’ll need:
📊 3+ years leading complex IT or Automation initiatives with a track record of aligning business and technology teams
💼 Deep knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles—you know how to spot inefficiencies before they become problems
🔑 Hands-on Jira experience and comfort navigating AI/AIOps concepts, data readiness, and architectural considerations

The impact you’ll have:
✨ You’ll be the “connective tissue” protecting developer capacity while driving high-velocity delivery across Canada
📈 Execute rigorous intake processes, conduct feasibility analysis, and architect ROI models that actually matter
🌟 Move beyond traditional PMO governance into AI-centric enablement where curiosity and critical thinking drive real impact

This is a role for someone who asks the right questions, digs deeper into requirements, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
