🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (IT / Digital Transformation) 🚀
Looking for your next challenge in the public sector or enterprise IT space? I am hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 13-month contract with a prominent client in Toronto.

If you have 10+ years of IT business analysis experience and love taking complex systems from “As-Is” to “To-Be,” this role is for you.

💼 Role: Senior Business Analyst (RQ00706)
⏳ Duration: 13 Months (Strong potential for extension)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site)

What you’ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end requirements gathering, elicitation, and management for large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives.
Mapping out comprehensive As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Crafting key project artifacts, including BRDs, FRS, Traceability Matrices, and Change Impact Assessments.
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless UAT execution, data mapping, and reporting/analytics integrations.

Must-Haves:
10+ years of dedicated IT Business Analysis experience.
Background leading requirements engineering on medium-to-large system implementations.
University/College degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
Experience navigating public sector or similarly structured enterprise frameworks (OPS methodology/AODA awareness is a massive asset!).
Comprehensive expertise in UAT planning, execution, and data integration.
