We are currently hiring an experienced Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading banking client.

Location: Toronto, ON
Working Model: Hybrid Work Model
Duration:12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and solution documentation
• Facilitate discussions with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope and solution requirements
• Support end-to-end project implementation, including technical design, integration, testing, and deployment
• Create system workflows, process documentation, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Ability to challenge requirements and drive clarity around business needs
• Experience throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Archer OR EXOR
• Scrum Master or Product Owner experience
• Financial Services or Banking experience
