✅ Strong background in the Payments domain (cross-border payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment processing, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, etc.)
✅ Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
