We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a high-impact digital transformation initiative with a leading consumer loyalty organization!
✅ Lead a major digital platform RFP from requirements gathering through vendor selection and implementation
✅ Work directly with executives, senior stakeholders, and board-level leadership
✅ Evaluate cutting-edge digital, CRM, loyalty, and customer experience platforms
✅ Hybrid role in Downtown Toronto (2-3 days onsite)
What we’re looking for:
🔹 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
🔹 Proven success leading Digital RFPs and vendor selection initiatives
🔹 Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience with CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Customer Experience, or Digital Platforms
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Start: August 2026
💰 Competitive Contract Rate – 75-80/hr
📆 6-Month Contract with strong extension potential
