URGENT! 🚨Looking for a Business Systems Analyst for an Insurance Financial Services client🚨

📍 Hybrid (1 day/week onsite) – Toronto, Waterloo, or Montreal, ON/QC
⏰ 1 Year Contract (high possibility to extend)
💰 $59/hr (INC)

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-1+ year of experience with Group Benefits and Group Medical Underwriting
-2+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst writing epics, user stories, and data mapping documents within an Agile environment.
-Proven hands-on capability in test planning, writing test cases, and executing Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
-Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues during testing, understand system-to-process workflows, and self-learn complex software tools.
AI Tool Proficiency: Experience or comfort leveraging modern AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude) to optimize user story creation, analysis, and test case development.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data requirements and analytical tasks.
-Ability to obtain or currently possess Canadian Reliability Clearance.
