nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle database environments supporting mission-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability solutions, and production support within complex enterprise environments

.Key Responsibilitie

sInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Database environments (11g, 12c, 19c, and above)
.Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
.Perform database tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning
.Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes using RMAN
.Configure and support Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and High Availability solutions
.Implement database security controls, user access management, and compliance requirements
.Perform database upgrades, patching, migrations, and refresh activities
.Troubleshoot production incidents and provide root cause analysis
.Work closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
.Develop and maintain database administration documentation and operational procedures
.Support database monitoring tools and automation initiatives
.Participate in on-call support rotations for critical production environments
.Required Skills & Experienc

eMust-Have

:8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases
.Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN
.Strong experience with database performance tuning and SQL optimization
.Experience with backup, recovery, cloning, and database migrations
.Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems
.Strong scripting experience using Shell, Python, or Perl
.Experience supporting large-scale production database environments
.Knowledge of database security, auditing, and compliance best practices
.Preferred

:Experience with Oracle Exadata environments
.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure
.Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
.Oracle Database Administration certifications
.Experience with ITIL-based support processes
.Educatio

nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
.Relevant Oracle certifications are highly preferred
