🚨 Hiring: Senior IT Enterprise Architect / Strategist 🚨

📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
🏢 Client: Supply Ontario
📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
🗓️ Start Date: July 2, 2026

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Enterprise Architect / Strategist to lead enterprise-wide digital integration initiatives and drive large-scale healthcare technology transformation projects.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health-related field, or equivalent experience
✅ 11+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT initiatives
✅ 7+ years of experience in product management and IT business analysis
✅ 7+ years of project management and/or vendor management experience
✅ Experience working on healthcare integration projects
✅ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
✅ Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies
✅ Knowledge of user-centric design and innovation principles

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Healthcare digital architecture models
✔️ IT Infrastructure & ITIL experience
✔️ DevOps knowledge
✔️ Enterprise integration architecture expertise
✔️ Technical background as a Developer or Architect
✔️ Knowledge of PHIPA and healthcare regulations
✔️ Change management experience
✔️ Public sector experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise digital integration and transformation initiatives
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and healthcare partners
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance frameworks
Support scalable, interoperable technology solutions across healthcare systems
