🚨 Senior Payroll Analyst – SAP | Hybrid (Scarborough) | 12-Month Contract 🚨
We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join a high-volume, fast-paced Canadian payroll team supporting ~48,000 employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in complex payroll environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Rate: 23-26/hr (INC) or 18-20 (T4)
🔑 What you’ll do:
Own and process complex Canadian payroll activities (end-to-end)
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
Support payroll analysts and act as a subject matter expert
Assist with year-end (tax slips, reconciliations, filings)
Drive process improvements and ensure SAP payroll accuracy
Support KPI reporting and audit activities
🧠 What we’re looking for:
3–5 years in high-volume payroll (complex environments)
Strong SAP Payroll experience
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
PCP or PLP (completed or in progress)
🌟 Nice to have:
Experience in banking or large enterprise environments
WorkForce Software / Employee Central exposure
Bilingual (English/French)
📍 Details:
Hybrid: Scarborough (up to 2 days/week onsite)
12-month contract (strong chance of extension or conversion)
9–5 schedule | 37.5 hours/week
