📢 Hiring: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead – Halifax, NS Required Skills: • Power Utilities experience is mandatory • Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale transformation programs • Strong experience supporting operational, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives • Experience developing and executing enterprise OCM strategies and stakeholder engagement plans • Strong understanding of organizational readiness, stakeholder impact analysis, change communications, adoption planning, workforce transition support, and training coordination • Experience working across business, operational, IT, OT, regulatory, and executive stakeholder groups • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities • Ability to manage organizational resistance, alignment challenges, and adoption risks • Experience supporting operational readiness, workforce transition, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and hypercare activities • Preferred experience in utilities, ISO/RTO organizations, operational technology environments, or regulated industries • Familiarity with operational control centers, operational transformation, and mission-critical environments is preferred If you are interested, please share your resume
