Vistex Support Analyst

💰 Pay Rate: Up to $60/Hr

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Vistex Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vistex modules and a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and royalties processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royalties
• Troubleshoot and resolve Vistex-related incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with business users and SAP teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex modules
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Document issues, resolutions, and process changes
• Coordinate with Vistex vendor support when required

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of Vistex support or implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Vistex IP (Incentives & Paybacks), Pricing, Chargebacks, and Rebates
• Experience with SAP SD, MM, or FI integration
• Understanding of SAP configuration and master data
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
