Senior Change Management Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON | London, ON | Winnipeg, MB

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Contract Term: June 29, 2026 to June 30, 2027

Rate: Up to $88/hour

 

About the Opportunit

yWe are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead end to end change management and project readiness activities for complex, cross functional business initiatives. This is a business and operations focused role supporting large scale transformation programs within a highly regulated environment

.The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, operations teams, technology partners, and delivery stakeholders to drive organizational readiness, adoption, and successful business outcomes

.Key Responsibilitie

sLead end to end change management and project readiness activities for complex, cross functional initiatives
.Partner with business leaders to define problem statements, business objectives, desired outcomes, and success measures
.Gather, analyze, and document change management deliverables while ensuring alignment to business goals and outcomes
.Support the development and maintenance of current state and future state business process models across people, process, and technology
.Develop and support operational readiness and sustainment plans, including roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and operational impacts
.Collaborate with Technology, Change Management, Process, and delivery teams to support the rollout of technical and business changes
.Provide status reporting, updates, and insights to support operational and executive decision making
.Ensure all change management activities align with established enterprise standards, methodologies, and best practices
.Identify and proactively manage change risks, gaps, dependencies, and readiness concerns
.Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices, templates, standards, and training materials
.Required Qualification

s8+ years of experience leading change management initiatives within large, complex organizations
.Strong hands on experience in change management, training, process optimization, operating model design, and outcome definition
.Demonstrated ability to support large scale programs and projects in regulated environments
.Experience partnering with technology teams on organizational readiness, adoption planning, and implementation support
.Strong understanding of project and program delivery lifecycles, including governance, testing, implementation, and operational readiness
.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business and delivery leaders
.Ability to balance enterprise standards with practical, delivery focused execution
.Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
.Preferred Qualification

sExperience supporting initiatives within Wealth Management, Insurance, Group Benefits, Operations, or similarly complex business domains
.Experience working across enterprise transformation, business process improvement, or operational readiness programs
.Additional Informatio

.Not an IT Change Management position
.On call availability may be required during migration weekends and key implementation activities
.
