Senior CIAM / IAM Technical Lead

🚨 Hiring: Senior CIAM / IAM Technical Lead 🚨 | Contract | Toronto
💰 Pay Rate: $95/hr. Incop

We’re looking for a strong CIAM / IAM Technical Lead with deep experience in ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Java, application security, and enterprise-scale identity platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who has led CIAM modernization, identity federation, SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC flows, and secure API-based integrations across large digital environments.

Key focus areas:
🔹 CIAM platform leadership and roadmap ownership
🔹 ForgeRock AM / IDM / DS and PingFederate / PingAccess / PingDirectory
🔹 OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP
🔹 Java / J2EE, Spring Framework, Node.js, REST APIs
🔹 Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP
🔹 Cybersecurity, risk, regulatory compliance, and application security
🔹 SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, identity federation
🔹 DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud-native deployments

Must-have experience:
✅ 10+ years leading enterprise-scale platform design and modernization
✅ 5+ years of CIAM / IAM technical leadership
✅ Strong hands-on background in Java development
✅ Deep ForgeRock and Ping Identity experience
✅ Ability to work with senior stakeholders across security, architecture, engineering, risk, and product teams
