About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering / Integration Manager to lead enterprise system integrations, automation initiatives, and platform modernization across core business systems including ERP, CRM, Billing, Revenue, and HR platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering leadership and enterprise architecture ownership, requiring someone who can both design integration solutions and lead a delivery team through execution.
You will act as the primary technical decision-maker for a growing integration team, while also guiding stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations and automation solutions across ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, and HR systems
Define and enforce integration architecture standards, API strategies, and scalable data flow patterns
Own end-to-end system migrations, including legacy-to-modern transitions, cutover planning, and dependency management
Drive system decommissioning and data lifecycle strategies, ensuring compliance, retention, and operational continuity
Oversee data pipelines and integration workflows enabling reliable system-to-system communication
Ensure enterprise data is structured, trusted, and accessible for reporting and analytics use cases
Manage production releases, deployment strategies, rollback plans, and operational readiness
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction, coaching, and performance management
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Establish best practices for monitoring, documentation, support readiness, and continuous improvement
Apply an AI-first mindset to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and engineering productivity improvements
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and maintainability
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
10+ years in software engineering, enterprise systems, or integration-focused roles
Proven experience managing engineering teams (not just project or matrix management)
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as:
Salesforce, MuleSoft, Zuora, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
Deep understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data flows
Experience leading system migrations, production releases, and cutover planning
Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences (Finance, HR, Operations)
Ability to act as a technical decision-maker without relying on external architects
Nice-to-Have
Experience in ERP, CRM or Billing at scale
