Change Management Lead

#Hiring for a Change Management Lead for a TOP10 Global Law Firm in the World!
(*6 months contract + possible extensions or conversion to FTE/perm, 4 days per week to Toronto, ON)

*RATE: up to $95 per hour INC.

· Must have experience developing at least 1 Change Management plan (including communications and training)
· Strong presence in front of executive committee to establish complete buy-in (strong tenure in Change Management to showcase this – likely looking at 8+years)
· Must be willing to work hands on in developing content for change management at multiple levels of the business (not just at the strategic level)
· Must come from an enterprise environment
