Salary: 100-120K base

Main Deliverables
Maintain production stability and lifecycle readiness of enterprise endpoints (Windows, macOS, mobile).
Certify operating systems, hardware models, drivers, and firmware for enterprise deployment.
Execute endpoint security hardening aligned to organizational and industry baselines.
Deliver actionable endpoint health, compliance, and utilization reporting.
Own and improve the global cloud print platform and secure print services.

Technical Stack
Endpoint Platforms: Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android
Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Windows Autopilot
Identity & Access: Entra ID (device identity, secure print integration)
Security & Hardening: CIS L1 or internal endpoint security baselines, EDR/AV, encryption
Hardware & OEM: Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft Surface, peripherals, docks, monitors
Printing: Tungsten Printix Cloud Printing, Secure Print Release
Automation & Scripting: PowerShell (advanced), macOS scripting
Reporting & Monitoring: Endpoint health, compliance, patching, device lifecycle metrics
