We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, HRIS & People Analytics to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape workforce strategy by leveraging analytics, optimizing HR systems, and delivering meaningful insights that support employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and organizational performance.

What you’ll bring:
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Advanced Excel and data visualization experience
✔ HRIS knowledge (ADP is a strong asset!)
✔ Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
✔ A passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
