Hiring: Production Support Specialist | Toronto (Hybrid) | 12-Month Contract

We are actively seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to support and maintain critical enterprise applications in a production environment.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months
🎓 Experience Required: 6+ Years

Must-Have Skills
🔹 6+ years of experience in Production Support with strong expertise in ETL, Java, SQL, DB2, and UNIX/Linux environments.
🔹 Hands-on experience with API monitoring, Dynatrace log analysis, incident management, RCA, ServiceNow, JIRA, and batch job support (ESP/Autosys).
🔹 Proven Support Lead experience with knowledge of MDM, automation, ITIL processes, and cross-functional collaboration for production issue resolution.
