Senior IT Build Analyst – Vulnerability Remediation Office (VRO) / Shared Centre of Excellence

We are looking for two Senior IT Build Analysts to join a large enterprise organization’s Vulnerability Remediation Office (VRO), supporting a Shared Centre of Excellence focused on technology controls, governance, audit readiness, and patching oversight across Infrastructure & Engineering teams.
This role plays a key part in helping centralize and strengthen enterprise-wide patching governance, ensuring consistency in documentation, evidence management, and regulatory compliance across multiple infrastructure teams.
🧩 About the Role
You will work closely with Infrastructure & Engineering (I&E) teams to ensure all technology controls, patching standards, and governance documentation are properly maintained, reviewed, and audit-ready.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong coordination across technical teams, risk stakeholders, and governance functions in a regulated banking environment.
You will support the build-out and maturity of a centralized governance model within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) structure.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Support Infrastructure & Engineering teams in meeting patching standards and technology control requirements
Ensure audit and regulatory documentation, evidence, and approvals are properly maintained and accessible
Assist with internal audits, regulatory reviews, ORM assessments, and control testing activities
Document control gaps, risk impacts, remediation plans, and mitigation strategies
Support First Line control exceptions and self-identified findings
Maintain and track KPI / KRI reporting and technology risk metrics
Partner with service owners and technical teams to ensure governance compliance across infrastructure patching programs
Support development and execution of technology risk reporting and control effectiveness monitoring
Contribute to governance frameworks within a Shared Centre of Excellence (CoE)
🧠 Must-Have Experience
5+ years in IT Risk, Technology Controls, Information Security, or Governance
Strong background in audit, regulatory compliance, and ORM (Operational Risk Management)
Experience supporting or participating in internal/external audits and regulatory assessments
Hands-on experience with technology control testing and documentation
Strong understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks and industry standards
Experience working in financial services or regulated enterprise environments
🏗 Governance & COE Experience
Experience working within or supporting a Centre of Excellence (CoE) is highly preferred
Strong ability to manage documentation workflows, evidence collection, and approval cycles
Experience working with Infrastructure / Engineering / Patching / Vulnerability teams
